POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
What is Mother Centered care?
this is an approach that aligns deeply with our ancestral roots during a time when mothers were at the center of the community. Mothers would be raising the small children, focusing on bonding, feeding, and connection with the baby’s and allowing other members of the community to step in and care for them and the other family members, too.
Womb+wisdom is here to not only be one of the supporting members of your village during this transition, but to help you build a support plan during pregnancy that will allow you to move through your postpartum time with more ease and focusing on bonding with baby. Every family system is different- We will work to find the best flow for yours when it comes to nutrition, rest, support around the home with bigger children, chores, and more.
